美国试点国家微生物耐药性残留抽样计划_中国兽药协会

食品伙伴网讯据美国农业部消息，4月27日美国农业部食品安全检验署（FSIS）发布23-17通告，决定自2017年5月29日开始试点微生物耐药性残留抽样计划。该计划是对“国家微生物耐药性监控计划”的补充。

该抽样计划为公共卫生兽医（PHVs）、消费者安全检查员（CSIs）等监管人员（IPP）在屠宰场抽取组织样本进行残留检测提供指南，同时也为公共卫生兽医提取盲肠样本进行耐药性检测提供指南。

美国“国家预防耐药菌行动方案”（CARB）和“农业部微生物耐药性（AMR）行动方案”为本次计划的实施提供支持。

This notice provides instructions to inspection program personnel （IPP）， including Public Health

Veterinarians （PHVs） and Consumer Safety Inspectors （CSIs）， at slaughter establishments for collecting

tissue samples for residue testing and to PHVs for collecting cecal samples for antimicrobial resistance

testing under the FSIS Pilot for Residue Sampling to Complement the National Antimicrobial Resistance

Monitoring System （NARMS） Program. For the purpose of this notice, the term “PHV” refers to both PHVs

and Supervisory Public Health Veterinarians.
